Elizabeth Walker Photography

I’m part of a camera club called Clique. We have monthly meetings and also get together at least once a month to shoot. I really enjoy spending time with other photographers. We’re always learning from each other and pushing each other out of our comfort zones. Yesterday we caravanned to Manchester and brought along some props to include in our photos. I’m usually a “photograph things as they are” kind of girl but it was fun choosing props and thinking of placing them in the scene. Of course, there were also opportunities for photographing found objects along the way. Here’s a sampling of images from the shoot. Enjoy!

Spot came to live with us in December. He’s just about the most precious dog ever. He’s happiest when he’s snuggling up on the couch and when he goes for walks. We got out quite a bit this winter, despite the cold and snow, but now that spring has arrived we’re fully enjoying the outdoors. Spot and I headed to the backyard last night for his first portrait session. One of many I’m sure!
